Job summary

STULZ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Mechanical Drafter to prepare 2D/3D drawings and assist CFD model setup for data centre cooling projects.

You will generate GA, installation and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, assist engineers, and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years drafting experience in HVAC or M&E projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD software.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Basic understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Experience supporting CFD modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise accurate 2D/3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce GA, installation and as-built drawings for data center cooling.
• Develop customer submission drawings and maintain project docs.
• Assist engineers in creating CFD models for airflow simulations.
• Update drawings based on engineering changes and site conditions.
• Maintain revisions and document control for project integrity.

• Support drafting tasks to aid project execution.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Drafter to prepare technical drawings and assist with CFD model preparation, supporting data center cooling projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support project requirements
• Produce General Arrangement (GA), installation, and as-built drawings for data center cooling systems
• Develop customer submission drawings and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Assist engineers in creating CFD models for airflow simulations to optimize cooling performance
• Update drawings promptly based on engineering changes and site conditions to ensure accuracy
• Maintain drawing revisions and manage document control processes to support project integrity
• Coordinate with project engineers, sales engineers, and factories to verify drawing accuracy and completeness
• Support engineering and project teams with additional drafting tasks as needed to facilitate project execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in HVAC or M&E projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Experience with Revit software
• Basic understanding of mechanical or HVAC systems
• Experience supporting CFD modelling
• Detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently
