ICE Services and Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Designer to support ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, and related MEP design for building services projects from concept through construction.

Key duties include design development, BIM/CAD coordination, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation. Candidates should have 3–8 years of experience and a degree or diploma in mechanical/building services engineering, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant design experience.
3–8 years of building services experience.
Experience in Plumbing/Sanitary design and MEP coordination advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, and related MEP systems.
Prepare design calculations, reports, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on drawings and submissions.
Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with regs and project requirements.
Produce AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM coordination drawings.
