Job summary

WSP in Asia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead design and project management for ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing in Singapore. You will supervise a team from concept through to site completion and act as Project Manager or Team Leader as needed.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, 7–10 years in relevant design work with Singapore consultancies, and strong knowledge of local codes. BIM/CAD skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution, preferably with PE registration in Singapore or Chartered Engineer status.
• Candidate must have 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing design with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore.
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements and drive programs to successful completion.
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission processes (LTA, PUB, BCA, SCDF, SPPG, TFCC, etc).
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage.
