Job summary

WSP Asia in Singapore invites an Engineer (Mechanical) to provide independent mechanical engineering support on projects of limited to moderate complexity. You will contribute to design, coordination and delivery of ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing systems, leveraging AI-enabled tools while applying engineering judgment.

Applicants should have a recognised Mechanical Engineering degree, 3+ years design experience, and knowledge of local codes (BCA/LTA/PUB).

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in mechanical engineering with Singapore registration potential.
• Minimum 3 years in design engineering for ACMV/HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services.
• Knowledge of Singapore codes and authority submission processes (BCA, LTA, PUB).

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical engineering design support for assigned projects from concept to delivery.
• Deliver designs across ACMV, fire protection, sanitary and plumbing services.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specs and technical reports for submissions.
• Support construction review, site activities and issue resolution under guidance.
• Collaborate across disciplines for coordinated design and issue resolution.
• Utilise digital/AI tools for analysis, design development and documentation.
