INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical – ACMV) for a 3-year contract in Singapore. The role involves developing M&E shop drawings, ensuring quality compliance with technical standards, and supporting project managers. Candidates with NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

Qualifications

At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings.
Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records.
Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks.
