Job summary

CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (ACMV) to prepare and manage ACMV shop drawings for projects at NS Square, The Float @ Marina Bay. You will support MEP BIM modelling and documentation, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with the project team.

You'll work with AutoCAD and Revit for MEP modelling, and assist in organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM submissions, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ACMV shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit within project timelines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to update drawings for project coordination.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for BIM submissions and records.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Prepare and manage ACMV shop drawings, support MEP BIM modelling and documentation, and assist the project team to ensure successful project completion.

• Prepare detailed ACMV (Air-conditioning Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit within project timelines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately for project coordination.
• Assist in preparing and organising documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Educational Requirements

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
• ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
