Job summary

Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd client in the M&E Engineering sector is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical - ACMV) for islandwide projects in Singapore. This is a 3-year contract with a salary package up to SGD 4,700 plus bonus.

You will produce and update M&E shop drawings from as-built references, ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and support coordination with project teams. CAD and BIM software proficiency is required; training will be provided for less-experienced

Qualifications

At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records and digital model submissions to improve project tracking.
Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments asrequired.
