Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical - ACMV) for a 3-year contract in Singapore, with location islandwide depending on project. The role focuses on producing detailed M&E shop drawings and coordinating with project teams across sites.

The ideal candidate has an NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, and strong CAD/BIM skills. Salary up to SGD 4,700 monthly plus bonus.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying drawings.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records and digital model submissions to improve project tracking.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical - ACMV) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: 3 years contract

Position: BIM Modeller

Location: Islandwide (depends on project's location)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Up to $4,700 + Bonus
