Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler to join a high-tech manufacturing MNC serving the semiconductor industry. You will perform precision assembly of components and sub-assemblies in line with engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions, in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on experience, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• 2–6 years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience.
• Able to understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Cleanroom experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with mechanical hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Align, fasten, torque, and adjust using tools and gauges.
• Perform basic in-process quality checks and support module integration.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, FOD, quality and safety procedures.
• Document assembly and test results accurately.

• Perform precision mechanical assembly of components, modules and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, BOMs and work instructions


• Perform alignment, fastening, torquing and adjustments using hand tools and measuring gauges


• Perform basic in-process quality checks and support module integration


• Follow cleanroom, ESD, FOD, quality and safety procedures


• Document and update assembly and test results accurately
