TikTok is seeking a Measurement Partner CoE Graduate for a 2027 start in Singapore. You will support regional advertising measurement projects, analyze data, and develop scalable COE resources.

This internship-style role offers hands-on experiences across branding and performance use cases, with opportunities to present insights to cross-functional teams. You will work with tools like SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms to generate actionable recommendations and compelling dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Science or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about digital advertising, marketing effectiveness, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional advertising measurement projects across branding and performance use cases with COE members and partners.
• Analyze and synthesize data from studies, markets, advertisers to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist with meta-analyses, custom research, and product validation studies.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and measurement repositories to monitor progress and impact.
• Translate findings into clear presentations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct research on advertising effectiveness, methodologies, industry trends, and technologies.
• Develop scalable COE resources: playbooks, frameworks, training materials.
• Explore automation or AI to streamline analytical and reporting workflows.
• Coordinate inputs across regional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead an internship project and present findings to the Measurement team.
