Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Middle Office/Trade Support within banking industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Good analytical skills, control mindset and attention to details.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment; flexible to scope changes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving; able to synthesize data and identify actions.
• Ownership and accountability; self-starter and proactive.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade and operational support to Asia Trading and Sales desk.
• Perform daily reconciliations and checks to ensure trading position and risk are accurate.
• Ensure controls are performed, completed, and signed off in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with support teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Support management oversight through MIS reporting and control indicators.
• Manage incidents and escalation with root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve processes and architecture.
• Build understanding of trading structures from financial and physical perspectives.
• Collaborate with Operations and infrastructure for a unified team approach.
