Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mature worker placement.
• Experience using ATS and job boards; knowledge of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify job openings that match mature workers' skills to expand placements.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Match mature workers to appropriate job opportunities based on goals and experience.
• Guide candidates through the job application process to improve success.
• Represent CFS at industry events, job fairs, and conferences to raise employer awareness.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and government agencies.
• Maintain and update the job seekers database and monitor placement outcomes.
• Analyze placement data to identify improvements and inform recruitment strategies.
• Achieve monthly placement targets by matching candidates to positions.
