Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Teacher Aide - Math (Primary School) for Pioneer campus. The role involves preparing teaching materials, assisting teachers with math lessons, and supporting administrative tasks in the Mathematics Department.

Responsibilities include inventory, photographing student achievements, updating notice boards, and helping with hands-on activities, under the guidance of the HOD/Math and Admin Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work commitment.
• Warm and friendly disposition, with an interest in working in a school environment and interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare teaching materials and manipulatives for Mathematics lessons.
• Record the borrowing and return of teaching resources by Mathematics teachers.
• Check and maintain the quantity and condition of Mathematics teaching materials.
• Assist teachers with performance tasks and hands-on activities in the Mathematics room and foyer.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing certificates, photographing student achievements, updating notice boards and compiling survey results.
• Assist with inventory and stock management for the Mathematics Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD/Math, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager.
