Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organized Materials/Resources Assistant for the Mathematics department to support teachers with teaching materials, inventory, and admin tasks. You will prepare materials, record lending, check stock, assist with activities, and help with certificates and notice boards.

The role runs 2-year term (Jan 2027–Dec 2028), Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a lunch break; applicants with a warm, friendly manner and good communication are

Responsabilidades

• Prepare teaching materials and manipulatives for Mathematics lessons.
• Record the borrowing and return of teaching resources by Mathematics teachers.
• Check and maintain the quantity and condition of Mathematics teaching materials.
• Assist teachers with performance tasks and hands-on activities in the Mathematics room and foyer.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing certificates, photographing student achievements, updating notice boards and compiling survey results.
• Assist with inventory and stock management for the Mathematics Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD/Math, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work commitment.
• Warm and friendly disposition, with an interest in working in a school environment and interacting with others.

Duration/Working Hours:

2 years (Jan 2027 to Dec 2028)

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30- to 45-min
lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
