Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Teacher Aide (Math) to support daily activities in the Math department of our Singapore school. You will prepare teaching tools, assist in classrooms, and help with performance tasks and hands-on activities.

You will also support admin tasks such as photographing student achievements, preparing certificates, and collating survey results, contributing to a well-organized learning environment.

Qualifications

• O level certificate or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare teaching tools (e.g. games, manipulatives) for Math lessons and assist in Math room and/or foyer.
• Record borrowing and returning of items by Math teachers.
• Check that the quantity of Math teaching tools is in order.
• Assist teachers for performance tasks and hands-on activities.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. photograph student achievers, display on notice board, prepare certificates, compile survey results).
• Assist in stock management in Math Department.
• Any other duties as assigned by HOD/Math, Vice Principals and Admin Manager.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possess atleast an 'O' level certificate or equivalant
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environment
