TLS Tutorials in Singapore is seeking an Educator to join our mentorship-driven core founding team. You will blend teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development focusing on Mathematics and Science for primary and secondary students in a small-group setting.

You will design individualized lesson plans, coach students, collaborate on curriculum, and help shape new learning strategies in a fast-growing organization that values innovation and student-first success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, or Science.
• Teaching certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of tutoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of MOE-aligned curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for individual students and small groups.
• Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress and address challenges.
• Support exam preparation and critical thinking development.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to refine learning materials.
