Job summary
ELEGANCE INTERNATIONAL CULTURE EDUCATION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Curriculum Lead to develop and optimize math and science curriculums and lesson plans in alignment with MOE standards.
You will lead teaching teams through training, classroom observations, and evaluations to improve teaching quality. You will participate in R&D of new courses, ensure quality control of teaching research, and drive continuous curriculum improvement while coordinating bilingual communication in English and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, science, education, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience with Singapore government school curricula.
- Experience in curriculum development and strong team leadership.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with good communication and coordination skills.

- Develop and optimize math and science curriculums and lesson plan systems to enhance educational effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the teaching team by conducting teacher training sessions, classroom observations, and performance evaluations to improve overall teaching standards.
- Monitor and ensure high teaching quality through systematic evaluation and feedback processes.
- Participate actively in research and development of new courses and upgrade existing teaching products to maintain curriculum relevance and quality.
- Control and maintain the quality of teaching research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
