Job summary

TLS Tutorials is seeking a motivated Educator to join our mentorship-driven core founding team. You will blend teaching, mentorship and curriculum development for Mathematics and Science across primary and secondary levels.

You will teach in small groups, develop individualized plans, and collaborate on curriculum while growing with a fast-evolving organization that values student-first outcomes and innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Education, Math, Science or related field.
• Teaching certification preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 1 year of tutoring experience.
• Strong knowledge in Math & Science aligned with MOE syllabus.
• Excellent classroom management & communication skills.
• Ability to plan and adapt lesson plans for individual students.
• Familiarity with learning tech tools like Notion/ClickUp/Miro.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for individuals and small groups.
• Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress and address challenges.
• Support exam preparation and critical thinking development.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to create/refine materials.
• Contribute to administrative tasks and team meetings.
• Optionally assist with social media content related to education.
