Job summary

TLS Tutorials is seeking a Curriculum Specialist - Science to own the Primary Science curriculum and collaborate on Mathematics and Science materials. You will teach Primary Science and other subjects in small groups and translate classroom insights into stronger curriculum design.

You will work with the Head of Curriculum to ensure quality assurance across curricula, leveraging data to improve learning outcomes and student achievement in a growing, mentorship-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Primary Science Curriculum: develop, review and improve materials aligned with MOE syllabus.
• Stay connected to the classroom: teach Primary Science, Math and Lower Secondary Science; observe and analyze student performance to inform curriculum.
• Work across Mathematics & Science curriculum: support development of Math worksheets, assessments and learning resources.
• Contribute to curriculum quality assurance, question design and resource development across subjects.
• Collaborate with Head of Curriculum and team to expand curriculum design capabilities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as the organisation grows and fosters learning analytics.
• Align rewards & incentives: salary SGD 4,800–5,200 per month + growth bonuses and equity based on contribution.
