Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to plan, manage, and monitor material support for upgrading projects within the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You will work with the PMT, DSTA procurement teams, and units to ensure timely, accurate provisioning of equipment and services across projects.

Responsibilities include raising purchase requests, codifying material data, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth transitions to Operations & Support.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management including procurement and logistics.
• Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop material supply support concepts and milestones with PMT, DSTA Procurement and units.
• Raise Purchase Requests, manage material data codification, and monitor deliveries for project execution.
• Reconcile project purchases to ensure seamless transition to Operation and Support (O&S).
• Drive data analytics and digitalisation to automate material data collation and improve efficiency.
