Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to plan, oversee and ensure readiness, performance and resiliency of OSIT common infrastructure to deliver high-quality technical services and maintain operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity agencies and DSTA teams to provide effective engineering support, manage technology refresh and ensure governance, while monitoring performance to meet user requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• STEM or related degree required or advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years in technical or engineering roles.
• Strong IT infrastructure and services background.
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cybersecurity agencies and stakeholders to respond to and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Work with Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) teams to provide engineering support.
• Manage technology refresh, upgrades and updates with governance in mind.
• Monitor infrastructure performance to meet user requirements and standards.
