Applied Materials South East Asia is seeking a cross-functional materials planning professional to develop, implement and manage an integrated planning process that covers make‑versus‑buy decisions, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory and related cost elements.

You will coordinate with quality, engineering, machining and assembly to guarantee 100% on-time delivery, monitor inventories, and drive continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning process that covers make vs buy, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory and cost elements.
• Analyze customer demand, forecasts and historical usage to create build-to-order/forecast plans; work with teams to optimize production cost and delivery.
• Establish methods and practices for inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
• Manage production scheduling by monitoring inventories, tracking progress and ensuring accuracy; partner with Finance on inventory controls.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies; manage supplier relationships to meet cost, quality and delivery targets; monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, machining and assembly to ensure 100% on-time delivery and address issues proactively.
• Lead and develop the materials organization, manage budget and resources, collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality to achieve cost reductions.
• Select, evaluate and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
