ST Engineering Aerospace Services Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Materials/Spare Parts Planner to ensure timely provisioning of aircraft spares for induction, coordinating with customers, production and planning teams.
You will monitor material status, assist KPI reporting, optimise inventory levels, and liaise with SAP and ERP systems while handling high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Responsible for the provision of aircraft spares for aircraft induction
Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements
Responsible for liaising with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and priorities/ expedite all outstanding critical/ urgent aircraft materials required for the project
Liaise with production/customer to for resolution of long lead-time material demands
Ensure appropriate approval from customers / management prior to spares procurement and/or check customer's ERP system for stock availability
Attend pre-induction meeting and identify spares that potentially impact the aircraft re-delivery schedule / work stoppage/ disruption to production schedules
Responsible for preparing material status/inventory and KPI reports for customer and production
Perform review and analysis of frequently used materials for provisioning.
Responsible for recommending MRP levels and optimising inventory levels
Ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as and when assigned
