Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in supply chain, business or science.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills driven by curiosity.
• Proactive communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Adaptability to change and working under pressure.
• Good organization skills to manage multiple materials, suppliers and timelines.
• A good team player and possess continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing Raw Materials Inventory: weekly reviews of MRP, timely purchase order replenishment, liaising with suppliers and procurement, working with internal stakeholders on backorders, analysing materials inventory when production plans change, and determining appropriate ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies.
• Change Control Management: initiating and following up on change controls until closure, evaluating change impacts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate implementation of new materials on site
