GLAXO WELLCOME MANUFACTURING PTE LTD's Attach and Train Programme (AnT) offers a 15-month structured on-the-job training in Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, with hands-on experience and mentorship in a world-leading environment.

The programme welcomes fresh graduates and mid-career individuals; Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only. Participants will develop skills in MRP, Change Control, and GMP compliance, preparing for a career in manufacturing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business or science.
• Ability to quickly learn GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving driven by curiosity.
• Proactive communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Adaptability to change and working under pressure.
• Good organization to manage multiple materials, suppliers and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage raw materials inventory, including weekly MRP reviews and supplier coordination.
• Initiate and follow up on change controls with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.
