Job summary

GSK in Singapore offers the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on-the-job training to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

As a trainee you gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills and mentorship in a world-leading GMP environment, with transport to MRT, and monthly training allowances. Open to fresh graduates and mid-career individuals, Singapore Citizens or PRs welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or science.
• Ability to learn GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity-driven problem solving.
• Proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Good organization to manage materials, suppliers and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials inventory, including weekly MRP reviews and supplier coordination.
• Initiate and follow up on change controls through closure.
