Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Material Planner to analyze customer demand and plan material purchases and production in East Singapore. You will support planning and purchasing activities and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution.

This role requires a Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with Power BI for monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field with 1+ year planning experience.
• Familiarity with material planning or procurement is a plus.
• Proficient data analysis and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand and plan material purchases and production.
• Support planning and purchasing activities.
• Manage changes and fluctuations in customer demand.
• Monitor planning performance using Power BI dashboards.
• Perform data analysis and trend monitoring.
