Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Material Planner to manage material planning and procurement activities at our Kallang site. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and good communication and organizational abilities for seamless collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials based on forecasts and purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases when needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials, tools, and packaging items.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers to agree on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on product specifications and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and submit documents (e.g., PO acknowledgements, invoices) to the Accounts team for payment processing.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to manage delivery schedules.
• Record incoming goods in the system daily.
• Support annual supplier performance reviews.

Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent
