Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a planning coordinator to analyse demand and plan material purchases and production schedules using ERP, MRP modules and Arcstone MES data.

You will support material planning, purchasing and production loading to ensure optimal resource utilisation and material availability, while monitoring demand changes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 1 year of relevant working experience in planning, purchasing, production coordination or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Proficient in planning, coordination and project management.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse data, manage changing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer demand and plan material purchases and production schedules using Business Central ERP, MRP modules and Arcstone MES data.
• Support material planning, purchasing and production loading activities to ensure optimal resource utilisation and material availability.
• Monitor changes in customer demand and adjust material requirements and production plans to support timely customer deliveries.
• Track planning performance and operational efficiency using Power BI dashboards integrated with Business Central ERP and Arcstone MES.
• Analyse ERP and MES data to identify demand trends, material requirements and potential planning issues, supporting data-driven decision‑making.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of production plans.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
