A manufacturing MNC in Singapore is seeking a Material Assistant to manage logistics and materials handling. The ideal candidate will have GCE O Levels and experience in warehouse operations, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include receiving goods, verifying invoices, and maintaining operational accuracy. Knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and Lean methods is advantageous. Qualifications

• GCE O Levels and above.
• Experience in manufacturing logistics or warehouse operations.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving admin functions.
• Verify incoming goods against supplier invoices.
• Assist with MTS/WMS labelling.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and forwarders.
• Maintain FIFO and workplace safety.
• Perform GR transactions independently in SAP.
• Support cycle count and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in productivity improvement initiatives.
