Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee receiving, storage and dispatch activities. You will manage stock levels, maintain records, and perform WMS updates while liaising with customers and carriers to ensure timely handovers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Excel; SAP/WMS experience is advantageous. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and room to grow within a global logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor stock levels, review inventory accuracy, and investigate discrepancies using audit trail reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all warehouse and logistics transactions.
• Perform timely and accurate system updates in the WMS, including holds and labeling.
• Utilize WMS, inventory software, and SAP to support daily logistics and reporting.
• Disseminate updates from customers and carriers to warehouse and operations teams.
• Coordinate urgent or exception pulls with customers and operations teams for on-time handover.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to provide shipment updates and issue resolution.
• Notify customers promptly of discrepancies and follow up to closure.

• Coordinate, monitor, and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor stock levels, review inventory accuracy, and investigate or troubleshoot discrepancies using audit trail reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all warehouse and logistics transactions.
• Perform timely and accurate system updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including placing parts on hold as requested by customers or suppliers and ensuring proper segregation and labeling.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and SAP to support daily logistics and reporting activities.
• Disseminate timely and accurate updates from customers and carriers to warehouse and operations teams.
• Coordinate urgent or exception pulls with customers and operations teams to ensure on-time handover of goods.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders via email and phone to provide shipment updates, milestone tracking, and resolution of operational issues.
• Notify customers promptly of any shipment or inventory discrepancies and follow up to ensure closure.
• Coordinate rework, screening, or scrap activities with operations teams based on customer requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder inquiries.
• Properly file, update, and maintain all company documents and records in accordance with company policies.
