Job summary

DSV is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a team in daily tasks, ensure accurate receipt and issuance of goods, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.

With hands-on leadership, you will manage overtime planning, conduct toolbox meetings, and perform regular cycle counts while ensuring alignment with KPI targets across inbound and outbound operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff.
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS systems.
• Ability to plan overtime and submit for approval.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• To supervise a team of staff in carrying out the daily warehouse tasks.
• To ensure proper plan overtime and submit for approval.
• To lead by example in daily operations.
• Ensure proper receipt and issuance of goods.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Operate SAP and WMS systems.
• Conduct occasional checks on equipment maintenance.
• Report accidents in the warehouse.
• Ensure daily cycle counts are carried out.
• Carry out daily toolbox meetings.
• Maintain Quality/HSE requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety.
• Random checks on picking and sorting items.
• Compile monthly/weekly data for the program in-charge.
• Assist in annual stock-take of customers.
• Keep track of stocks for stationery and labels.
• Follow up and close action items for Inbound & Outbound issues.
• Raise inventory adjustments for approval if necessary.
• Daily checks on mechanical handling equipment.

• To supervise a team of staff in carrying out the all the daily warehouse tasks.
• To ensure proper plan Overtime and submit for approval.
• To be able to lead by example.
• Ensure proper and accurate receipt of goods & goods issuing as well as the correct issuance of goods.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Able to operate the SAP & WMS.
• To conduct occasional checks to ensure that the warehouse assistant maintain the equipment in good working condition.
• Report of any accident in the warehouse.
• Ensure daily cycle counts are carried out and done.
• To carry out Daily toolbox Meeting.
• Maintain Quality/HSE requirements.
• To carry out and ensure workplace safety.
• Random checks on picking / sorting items & ensure proper stacking of goods in the warehouse.
• To compile Monthly/Weekly data to Program in-charge.
• To assist in the annual stock-take of the customers.
• Keep track of the stocks for stationeries/ printer ribbons / printer labels.
• Follow up and close action items for Inbound & Outbound issue.
• Raise of inventory adjustment for approval if necessary.
• Daily checks on the mechanical handling equipment i.e. forklift, reach truck, VNA etc.
• To ensure to meet customer KPI.
