Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and stock checks.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely updates while adhering to safety and 5S practices. The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics, basic computer literacy, some experience with WMS is a plus, and the ability to lift 15–20kg.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic computer literacy; WMS experience is a plus.
• Reach Truck experience is preferred.
• Forklift license is an advantage; training provided.
• Physically fit and able to lift 15–20 kg.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in PPE/cleanroom.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Carry out putaway, picking, packing, truck loading, and stocktaking.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report discrepancies after visual inspections of shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely inventory updates.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving operational KPIs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle goods weighing up to 15–20 kg when required.
• Liaise with internal and external parties as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Carry out putaway, picking, packing, truck loading, and stocktaking activities.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform visual inspections on shipments and report any discrepancies.

Requirements
