Job summary

Public Service Division invites professionals to contribute to masterplanning, urban design strategies, and sustainable concepts for JTC industrial estates. The role emphasises GIS-based spatial analysis and typology studies to support mixed-use development across planning projects.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Architecture with Urban Design/Urban Planning and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including GIS and parametric modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in urban planning and/or urban design.
• Experience with GIS-based spatial analysis and/or parametric modelling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop masterplans and urban design guidelines for JTC industrial estates.
• Carry out GIS-based spatial analysis to support planning strategies.
• Conduct urban design typology studies and research for mixed-use developments.
