Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Chinese cuisine with 3–5 years in BBQ.
• Expertise in wok cooking and traditional techniques.
• Formal culinary training and HACCP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and plan menus focusing on authentic Chinese BBQ dishes.
• Oversee marination, roasting, and grilling with quality control.
• Lead kitchen operations, training, and staff mentorship.
• Collaborate with FOH to tailor menus to guests.
• Manage budgeting, sourcing, and cost control in kitchen.
• Ensure high presentation standards and food safety.
