Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, including cooking tapioca pearls and preparing toppings and ingredients.
• Cashiering: Handle customer payments and process orders through the POS system.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing duties, delivery orders, and other operational tasks.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, including equipment, workstations and store areas.
• Inventory & Stocking: Replenish ingredients and supplies, monitor stock levels, and assist with stocktaking.
• 顾客服务： 热情接待顾客、准确处理订单，并提供友善及高效的服务。
• 饮品制作： 根据公司标准配方及品质要求制作饮品，包括煮珍珠、准备配料及其他原材料。
• 收银工作： 负责顾客付款及使用收银系统处理订单。
• 门店运营： 协助日常开店、关店、外卖订单处理及其他门店运营工作。
• 清洁与卫生： 保持设备、工作区域及门店环境的清洁卫生。
• 库存管理： 补充原材料及用品、检查库存，并协助盘点工作。
