Molly Tea Singapore PTE. LTD. is hiring for a full-time barista role in Singapore.

You will prepare a variety of milk teas and specialty drinks, greet customers, take orders, and ensure excellent service. Training is provided, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required. We offer a supportive environment with on-the-job learning, a casual but professional team, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: make milk tea, fruit tea and specialty drinks as per recipes.
• Customer service: greet customers, take orders, suggest products and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Cashiering & POS: handle cash and digital payments and report daily sales accurately.
• Store maintenance: keep workstation and equipment clean per SFA hygiene standards and SOPs.
• Inventory control: monitor ingredients, restock, and assist in receiving goods.

Monthly Basic Salary: SGD $2,300 - $3,400 (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes while ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, offer product recommendations, and deliver a pleasant customer experience.
• Cashiering & POS: Handle cash, POS transactions, and digital payments responsibly while maintaining accurate daily sales reporting.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain high standards of workstation and equipment cleanliness in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards and company SOPs.
• Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient levels, restock inventory when necessary, perform basic stock checks, and assist in receiving goods.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided; prior F&B or barista experience is a plus).
• Positive, proactive, and responsible work attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
