GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven strategist for the Deliveries Marketplace team.

Based onsite in Grab's office in Singapore, you will use analytics and economic principles to balance supply, demand, and pricing across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress, partnering with product, analytics, and country operations. You will design incentive schemes, test experiments, and build dashboards to inform decisions, while leveraging GenAI to accelerate insights and automate repetitive

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of marketplace analytics/operations experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling; Python or data visualization tools are a plus.
• Understanding of supply-demand dynamics, elasticity, incentives, and pricing.
• Experience designing experiments and metrics; able to present to stakeholders.
• Mandarin fluency required to liaise with regional Chinese-speaking teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose marketplace health and performance trends.
• Design and evaluate delivery-partner incentive and shift programmes.
• Support dynamic pricing and demand-shaping initiatives.
• Build measurement frameworks and lead experiment rollouts.
• Partner with Country Operations and Product teams.
• Leverage GenAI and automated tools to accelerate research and automate queries.
