Job summary

Responsibilities

• You will diagnose marketplace health and performance trends, analysing supply, demand, fulfilment efficiency, service reliability, partner utilisation, and unit economics to uncover root causes and growth opportunities.
• You will design and evaluate delivery-partner incentive and shift programmes, testing scheme structures to safeguard platform reliability while sustaining partner earnings and optimising operational spend.
• You will support dynamic customer pricing and demand-shaping initiatives, balancing platform competitiveness with healthy order conversion across key peak hours and high-demand zones.
• You will build measurement frameworks and lead experiment rollouts, collaborating with Analytics and Product teams to run A/B tests, track key marketplace KPIs, and translate experiment results into operational actions.
• You will partner cross-functionally with Country Operations and Product teams, scaling successful marketplace mechanisms and ensuring operational alignment across diverse regional markets.
• You will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) and automated tools to accelerate research, automate repetitive data querying workflows, synthesize market insights, and ideate new optimization strategies.
