Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years in marketplace analytics, pricing, or economics.
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of supply-demand dynamics and incentives.
- Experience designing experiments and metrics.
- Mandarin fluency for regional collaboration.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose marketplace health, trends, and efficiency across supply and demand.
- Design and evaluate delivery-partner incentives and shift programmes.
- Support dynamic pricing and demand-shaping initiatives.
- Build measurement frameworks and lead experiment rollouts with teams.
- Partner with Country Ops and Product to scale successful mechanisms.
- Leverage GenAI and automation to accelerate insights.
