Job description

Marketing Specialist (External Marketing)
    You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Edgematics online presence. This includes managing the companys website, executing SEO and SEM campaigns, and ensuring that content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals. Your role will also involve creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms. You will monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to maintain a consistent brand voice. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to produce industry-specific content and leverage it to establish thought leadership and drive lead generation.In terms of email marketing, you will plan and execute email campaigns, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements. Furthermore, you will organize and coordinate external events and webinars, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution. You will track and measure the success of events through post-event analysis.Internally, you will collaborate with teams to gather information and insights for external marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between external marketing messaging and internal communication efforts. You will also work towards ensuring consistent branding across all channels and providing input on internal communication strategies to strengthen the companys overall brand image.Moreover, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to encourage employees to be brand advocates. This includes facilitating internal training sessions to educate employees on external marketing initiatives.To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role focusing on digital marketing and external communications. You must demonstrate expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial for success in this position.,
