EAGLEEYES MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a professional to identify and create sales leads and business opportunities for the modernization of lifts and escalators. This role involves developing a strong understanding of market trends, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the tender process and work closely with teams to ensure successful project execution. Regular reporting on market performance is also required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and create sales lead and business opportunities for modernisation of lifts and escalators.
• Highlight in house standard package with flexibility based on customers' requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of market and industry trend.
• Prepare proposal, quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Possess knowledge of tender process, submission and contract terms and conditions.
• Work closely with teams for execution of projects.
• Prepare regular report on market performance and sales activities.
