Schindler Lifts (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive modernization projects, plan sales strategies, and deliver accurate cost estimates. The role involves negotiating with customers, preparing quotations, and ensuring SEMI-quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience in elevator/building industries, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in elevator/escalator or building industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales planning and develop modernization strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations to achieve MOD sales targets.
• Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyze needs.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
• Ensure equipment delivered meets contract requirements and Schindler quality/safety standards.
• Coordinate with Drawing Office to provide accurate technical information to the MOD project engineer.
• Follow up on import materials with Purchasing to meet project requirements and dates.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct sales planning and generate modernization strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieves MOD sales annual target and growth.
• Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyze needs.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
• Ensures that the quality of equipment delivered to clients fulfills the contract’s requirements and Schindler’s quality and safety standard.
• Coordinates with the Drawing Office to provide accurate technical information to the MOD project engineer in a timely manner.
• Responsible for follow up of import materials with Purchasing to meet the project’s requirements and contractual date.
