Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join two specialised teams: Repair/Replacement and Modernisation for elevators and escalators.

You will assess customer needs, propose repair, replacement or modernisation solutions, and work closely with engineering teams. Responsibilities include site visits, cost estimates and sales proposals, presenting solutions, building relationships with building owners and managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and company

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Sales & Marketing.
• Min 2 years in technical sales, sales engineering in the lift/elevator, building services.
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable repair, replacement or modernisation solutions.
• Conduct site visits and equipment assessments.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and sales proposals.
• Present solutions to customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work with engineering and technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with building owners, managing agents, property managers and consultants.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet technical, safety and company requirements.
