About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

You will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, creating engaging post and video content, growing our social media presence, and bringing our brand story to life across platforms. As we expand our market reach, we are seeking a bilingual professional (English & Mandarin) who possesses a deep understanding of both conventional digital platforms and the Chinese social media landscape, specifically Xiaohongshu (小红书) and WeChat Channels. This role is ideal for someone who excels at storytelling, understands cross-cultural trends, and is confident both in customer-facing sales interactions and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand customer reach and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales targets and convert social media engagement into qualified leads.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to customer acquisition strategies.

Content Creation & Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and publish promotional graphics, posts, and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, WeChat Service Accounts, WeChat Channels, and Xiaohongshu (小红书).
• Write engaging, high-converting captions in both English and Mandarin tailored to specific target audiences.
• Develop creative marketing concepts aligned with brand voice and business revenue goals.
• Stay updated on local and international social media trends to adapt viral formats into engaging brand content.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

Videography & Editing

• Film high-quality video content using smartphones or professional camera equipment.
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut (Jianying 剪映), Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (format, timing, strong hooks, and localized subtitles).

On-Camera Presence

• Confidently appear on camera when required for promotional videos, product vlogs, tutorials, or trend challenges.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to build trust with our audience.

Strategic Marketing Support

• Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns, product launches, and content series.
• Analyze campaign and content performance to refine marketing strategies and maximize sales conversion.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to create localized content and engage effectively with a bilingual clientele.
• Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Xiaohongshu (小红书) and WeChat Channels ecosystems, including their unique aesthetics, algorithms, and hashtag trends.
• Digital & Social Media Native: Highly familiar with Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok formats, and current viral trends.
• Technical Skills: Competent in visual design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut/Jianying, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable filming and serving as a key "face" of the brand in video content.
• Sales & Creative Mindset: Proactive, goal-oriented, and possesses a strong eye for visual storytelling combined with a focus on sales performance.
• Professionalism & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, positive attitude.
