Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a contract role at Changi Airport. The position covers voucher reimbursement, passenger enquiry handling, and financial reconciliation in a structured, process-driven environment.

You will manage end-to-end processes, monitor timelines, and ensure accurate reporting. The role includes collaboration with Finance and operations, with the aim of timely issue resolution and data-driven post-campaign insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tenant reimbursement via Tenant Admin Portal.
• Monitor timely submission of tenant declarations against monthly timelines.
• Validate tenant declarations against system reports (e.g. reimbursement reports/ redemption logs).
• Identify discrepancies and follow up with tenants for clarification; escalate unresolved issues for investigation.
• Handle passenger enquiries via RFH, Chatbot and campaign mailbox.
• Assess enquiries to determine resolutions; respond with templates for common scenarios.
• Request additional information from passengers where required.
• Handle basic service recovery cases; escalate complex/system-related cases.
• Maintain proper case tracking and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Support monthly reconciliation across internal records, voucher issuance and expiry logs, finance issuance reports.
• Verify consistency of voucher values, assign codes and totals across reports.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies for investigation.
• Coordinate internal confirmations and send closure emails to Finance with documents.
• Consolidate campaign data to support post-campaign reporting.
• Assist the manager in preparing post-campaign summaries and metrics.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
