Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Manager to monitor market trends, lead lease negotiations, and support portfolio planning across industrial and office spaces.

You will conduct market research, prepare proposals and marketing materials, coordinate lease documents, and maintain strong tenant relationships throughout the lease term.

Candidates should have a degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, with a solid network and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease negotiations and structure commercial terms for tenants.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, renewals and tenancy documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, reports and management updates.
• Create brochures, EDMs, listings and track marketing campaigns across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and tenant demand patterns to identify leasing opportunities and potential risks.
• Conduct periodic market research and benchmarking to support leasing strategies, rental positioning, and portfolio planning.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to Management on leasing performance and market conditions.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Lead lease negotiations and work with prospective tenants to structure commercial terms that align with portfolio objectives.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of lease agreements, renewals, and other tenancy-related documentation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants and maintain positive tenant relationships throughout the lease term.
• Prepare and maintain leasing budgets, forecasts, reports, and management updates.
• Preparation of brochures, EDMs, property listings, and tracking of marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms, media channels, and agency networks.

Requirements

• Degree in Business / Finance / Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with marketing / agency /lease management background in industrial and/or office space.
• Possess sound understanding of the real estate industry, and has an extensive network of contacts.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Industrial real estate market and JTC rules and regulations.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and customer oriented.
• Strong negotiation skills.
