Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or Estate Management.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing/agency/lease management in industrial/office spaces.
• Strong real estate market knowledge and network.
• Familiarity with Singapore Industrial real estate market and JTC rules.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, tenant demand, and competitors to spot leasing opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support leasing strategies.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to Management on leasing performance and market conditions.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Lead lease negotiations and structure commercial terms with tenants.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenancy-related documentation.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of tenants and maintain relationships throughout the lease term.
• Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, reports, and management updates.
• Prepare brochures, EDMs, property listings, and track marketing campaigns across relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and tenant demand patterns to identify leasing opportunities and potential risks.
• Conduct periodic market research and benchmarking to support leasing strategies, rental positioning, and portfolio planning.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to Management on leasing performance and market conditions.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Lead lease negotiations and work with prospective tenants to structure commercial terms that align with portfolio objectives.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of lease agreements, renewals, and other tenancy-related documentation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants and maintain positive tenant relationships throughout the lease term.
• Prepare and maintain leasing budgets, forecasts, reports, and management updates.
• Preparation of brochures, EDMs, property listings, and tracking of marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms, media channels, and agency networks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Finance / Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with marketing / agency /lease management background in industrial and/or office space.
• Possess sound understanding of the real estate industry, and has an extensive network of contacts.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Industrial real estate market and JTC rules and regulations.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and customer oriented.
• Strong negotiation skills.
