BYT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned regional marketing executive to develop market strategies for Southeast Asia and lead local teams.

You will oversee major fire protection projects, build relationships with government entities and industry stakeholders, and manage budgets with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering Management, Fire Safety in Construction, or related fields preferred
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record in operating and managing multiple large-scale fire protection system projects (e.g., airports, high-speed rail, petrochemicals, power plants, urban complexes, etc.)
• Familiar with the Southeast Asian market; strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (proficiency in Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make quick and sound decisions in complex environments
