Job summary

BS Groups Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a performance-driven Lead Gen Specialist to own and drive monthly qualified leads with target CPL across Meta, Google and digital channels.

You will optimize campaigns, analyze CPL/CAC/ROI, collaborate with sales to improve follow-up speed, and continuously test creatives, landing pages and offers. Strong independence and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in generating leads and improving CPL.
• Understanding CPL, CAC and ROI metrics.
• Analytical and data-driven optimisation mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with performance-based modelling or similar framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run Facebook/Instagram lead campaigns to deliver monthly qualified leads.
• Manage budgets, reduce CPL and improve ROAS/CAC efficiency.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, CPL, spend, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with sales to improve follow-up speed and booking rates.
• Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, and landing pages; conduct A/B tests.

Scope of Work

1. Lead Generation

• Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns
• Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume
• Improve lead quality, not just quantity

2. Cost Control

• Reduce CPL
• Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency
• Manage and optimise ad budgets daily
• Campaign Execution
• Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages
• A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy

3. Reporting

• Daily / weekly reporting:
• Leads

• Spend
• Conversion rate
• Show-up rate
• Sales ROI
  

4. Funnel Improvement

• Work with sales team to improve lead follow-up speed
• Improve booking rate / trial attendance
